We started a YouTube channel, one BTT question at a time
Hey everyone,
We just launched the official Basic Theory Test SG YouTube channel, and we wanted to share it here first since you're the community that will get the most out of it.
What's on the channel
Instead of long videos, we're posting short, daily practice questions, one question per video. Each one follows the same quick format:
- The question appears on screen (and read aloud, so you can watch with sound on or off)
- A few seconds to think it through, just like the real exam
- The correct answer is revealed with a clear highlight, so you know instantly if you got it right
It's built for the way most people actually study on the go, waiting for the bus, on a break at work, or killing five minutes before bed. No need to sit down and do a full mock test every time, just one question, a few seconds, done.
Why we're doing this
The BTT and FTT question banks cover a lot of ground, right of way, road signs, stopping distances, demerit points, drink driving rules, child restraint requirements, the list goes on. A lot of learners tell us the hardest part isn't understanding the Highway Code, it's remembering the specific wording the exam tests you on. Short, repeated exposure to real exam-style questions is one of the most effective ways to make that stick, and that's exactly what the channel is for.
We'll be covering the same categories you'll recognise from the forum here, junctions, overtaking, roundabouts, road signs, and the trickier scenario-based questions that tend to catch people out.
