By downloading or using the Basic Theory Test SG mobile application, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. General Use

This app is designed for educational purposes to assist users in preparing for the Singapore Basic Theory Test (BTT) and Final Theory Test (FTT). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content perfectly reflects the actual exam questions, nor do we guarantee passing the actual exam.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features (like saving progress or VIP content), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You retain the right to delete your account at any time via the Settings menu.

3. VIP Subscriptions & Payments

• Payment Processing: VIP subscriptions are processed securely directly through the Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew depending on your selection. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account Settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software code, is the property of Basic Theory Test SG and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app's content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.

In no event shall Basic Theory Test SG be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
