• Device Data: We may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA or Android ID) and network information for advertising (AdMob) and analytics purposes.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect and process data in accordance with their privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google): Used for secure authentication (Login/Register) and database services.
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers to show personalized ads.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage VIP subscriptions and process purchase receipts securely across platforms.

3. VIP Subscriptions & Payments

• Payment Processing: All VIP subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or payment information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play Account Settings (Android). Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by the respective App Store (Apple or Google) in accordance with their policies.

4. Data Deletion (Account Deletion)

In compliance with App Store and Google Play requirements, we respect your right to control your data. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently at any time.

How to delete your account:

1. Open the Basic Theory Test SG App.
2. Navigate to the Settings or Profile section.
3. Tap on the "Delete Account" button and confirm your choice.

Upon request or in-app deletion, all personal data (name, email, and test history) will be permanently and immediately removed from our servers.

• App Tracking Transparency (iOS): To provide a personalized advertising experience (optional).
